of items that are not moved
listed below. If you find another
locator that moves more than
we do, let us know! |
| Qualification
Guidelines: |
You must have learned of the property from the TotallyFreeMove database or personal service
You must lease a property listed in our apartment locating database.
You
must list TotallyFreeMove
on the Guest card and Lease Application.
You
must not be moving from a sister property.
You must not be transferring
(on-site transfer) from
within the same property.
You must sign at least
a 6-month lease.
You
must read and understand
this Disclaimer page.
You must not break your
lease.
You
must stay pay your rent.
Your
rent must be at
least $500.00* per month
(if less than $500.00 you
will be eligible for a $100.00
rebate). If your rent
is going to be close to
$500, please send us
an email and we might be
able to provide a free
move. info@totallyfreemove.com
* Your rental rate is the
effective average rent.

All items must be packed in boxes and taped shut or they
won't be moved
TotallyFreeMove reserves the right to refuse to move any item they feel cannot be moved safely |

to pick up your belongins
or if we are required
to stop at multiple
locations to drop items
off there will be a
$20 charge per location.
Waiting
Time Charges: There
will be a $75 per hour
wait time (pro-rated
every 15 minutes).
Make sure you have
your lease signed and
have your keys.

I understand that if the apartment community does not pay the referral fee based
on the guidelines listed above or for any other reason, I will be responsible
for the cost of the move at the following rates:

For
ths reason, it is of
utmost importance to
have the lease confirmation
form filled out and faxed
back to us. |
