Q: How are you able to provide me a free move?
A: TotallyFreeMove Apartment
Locators is paid a locator's commission
from the apartment communities when we help find
your next apartment. The only way the apartments
will know that TotallyFreeMove referred you
is if you write our name on the Guest Card,
Lease Application, and Lease Contract as the
referring locator. We then
pay professional
movers to move you from your old apartment to

Q: Will
you move everything for free?
A: TotallyFreeMove Apartment
Locators offers the only TotallyFreeMove™ within
the Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston areas.
We move everything an average apartment
contains including washers and dryers and
an unlimited number of boxes. See the disclaimer for
full details on what is included in our
TotallyFreeMove™. There are a few
items which we charge extra for such as
pool tables and gun safes, but read the
disclaimer to see the details. |
Q: How
do I qualify for a TotallyFreemove?
A: You must have learned about
the apartment community from TotallyFreeMove
Apartment Locators. Register with the individual
properties either online or through one of
our agents, and then visit the properties and
write "TotallyFreeMove Apartment Locators" as
your referring locator on the guest card, lease
application and lease contract. Let us know
as soon as you've submitted an application,
we'll verify your information and you can schedule
your free move. |
Q: Does
using TotallyFreeMove's apartment locating services
affect any specials offered by the apartment
community?
A: No. The properties pay our
referral fees from their advertising budget.
The free move is in addition to any specials
they are offering.

Q: How
do I schedule my free move once my lease application
has been approved by the apartment
community?
A: Click the Schedule Your Move
button at the top of the page. Our movers will
then give you a call to schedule the exact time
and verify your information. If the Lease
Confirmation Form has not been received,
one of our agents will then send a lease
confirmation
to your new apartment and verify that we have
all the correct information and that we were
listed
on
your guest
card and
lease application. |
Q: Is
there an extra charge for a 2nd or 3rd floor
move?
A: No, as long as you qualify
for a free move, there is no additional charge
for moving you
to or from the 2nd floor. |
Q: How
far in advance do I
need to schedule my
move?
A: We prefer at least a one
day advance notice, but can usually accomodate
a same day request. |
Q: Can you move me from a storage unit, house,
etc. to my new apartment?
A: Yes, as long as you qualify
for a free move. |
Q: Can you move me from one city to another?
A: As long as you are moving
from one city to another within your metro
area, your move will
be free. If you are uncertain concerning a particular
location feel free to call one of our agents. |
Q: Do your movers work everyday?
A: Yes, but not on holidays. |
Q: If
I have used TotallyFreeMove's services in the
past, can I utilize your services again?
A: Yes, please use us every
time you move! And tell everyone you know about
the great service you received. |
Q: If
I have a roommate and we are moving from separate
locations, do we both qualify for the free
move?
A: Yes and no, there is an
additional charge of $25 for
each additional
pick-up location. |
Q: If I have additional items not covered by the
free move, what methods of payment are accepted
and at what point is this paid?
A: Our moving team accepts
money orders or checks. Payment is expected
at the time the unloading of your belongings
begins |
Q: If
I'm moving within the same apartment community,
can TotallyFreeMove provide me with a free
move?
A: No, if you already live
at the property, it does not qualify for the
free move. We must have referred you to
the community in order for you to qualify. |
Q: If I prefer to move myself, how do I request
the rebate?
A: Please call 972-965-0570
and let us know that you would a cash rebate.

Q:
How long does it take to receive the rebate?
A: We mail your rebate to
your new address once we have received payment
from the property. This
generally takes between 3-20 weeks depending
on the apartment community. |
